Bvbx1 Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide for All Members

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bvbx1 ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). To use the full services of bvbx1, you are required to register a valid account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not a resident of any country or region where online betting activities are prohibited.
• Has never been suspended or banned from the bvbx1 platform previously.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

2.2 Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Required information includes your full name, identification number, date of birth, email address, and active mobile number. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 One Account Per User

4 Fund Withdrawal

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• The registered bank account must be in the same name as your bvbx1 account.

Bvbx1 reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.

8.1 Grounds for Account Closure by bvbx1

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or use of another person's identity.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of the bonus system.
• Use of automated software or bots in games.
• Bullying, threatening or harassing behaviour toward staff or other members.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all eligible balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms.

9 bvbx1 Limitation of Liability

Bvbx1 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or extraordinary events (force majeure).
• Financial losses resulting from valid and accurate game outcomes.
• Losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

Bvbx1's maximum total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the current account balance held by the relevant member at the time the incident occurs.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in bvbx1's jurisdiction of registration. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If resolution through negotiation fails, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the agreed arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
